Administrative Reshuffle in Delhi Health Department; Over 40 Officials Transferred

New Delhi: In a major administrative move aimed at strengthening the efficiency and transparency of public healthcare services, the Delhi Government has implemented significant changes within the Health and Family Welfare Department. Acting on the directions of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, more than 40 doctors, paramedical personnel, and administrative officials associated with the Central Procurement Agency (CPA) have been transferred.

According to the government, the restructuring is intended to streamline the procurement and distribution of medicines, medical equipment, and other essential healthcare resources. The initiative is also expected to enhance supply chain management, ensuring that hospitals and healthcare centers receive critical materials in a timely manner.

Officials believe that these measures will contribute to improved operational efficiency across healthcare institutions and help deliver better medical services to the public. The government has emphasized its commitment to strengthening the healthcare system and ensuring that quality healthcare facilities remain accessible to citizens.
