New Delhi: The Bharat Nagar Police have arrested two young men allegedly involved in multiple mobile phone snatching and theft incidents. The accused have been identified as Adarsh Kumar and Zahid Ali. During the operation, police recovered a knife, seven stolen mobile phones, and two scooters from their possession.
According to the investigation, both individuals were reportedly addicted to narcotic substances and committed these crimes to finance their addiction. To avoid detection and evade law enforcement, they allegedly used stolen scooters while carrying out the offenses.
During questioning, the suspects reportedly admitted their involvement in several snatching cases. Police are continuing their investigation to determine whether they were connected to additional criminal activities and to identify any other individuals who may have been involved.
