Bhubaneswar: Powered by two goals from Araijeet Singh Hundal, Ranchi Royals defeated HIL GC 4–1 in a shootout in a closely contested match of the Hockey India League. Araijeet delivered an impressive performance, scoring in the 19th and 32nd minutes. He was followed by Sam Lane, who found the net in the 42nd minute, and Tom Boon, who added another goal in the 57th minute. With these efforts, the Royals registered a total of four goals in the match.
