Special appeal to women and youth to exercise their right to vote
New Delhi: Voting is currently underway for the legislative assembly elections in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu. In West Bengal, polling for the first phase began on Thursday morning. Voters across 152 constituencies are exercising their franchise. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appealed to citizens to participate enthusiastically in this democratic process, describing it as a festival of democracy.
