Commenting on the protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the police restrictions in Delhi, Chief Justice of India Surya Kant stated that it was not his issue. During a public event, he clarified that the doors of the Supreme Court remain open for every citizen and elected representative. He noted that a response to the opposition MPs’ letter had already been sent, and anyone seeking justice could file a formal petition, which would be heard fairly in accordance with the law.
