The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has submitted a detailed 20,000-page chargesheet before Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court in connection with the NEET-UG paper leak case. The filing includes 422 documents, a list of 360 witnesses, and 43 pieces of physical evidence. The agency informed the court that additional time was required to submit a few remaining documents because their scanning process was still underway, a request the court approved. At present, 13 accused individuals, including examination officials, coaching institute associates, and alleged middlemen, remain in judicial custody. The court has directed the CBI to file the remaining documents promptly. The next hearing is scheduled for August 3.
