Mumbai: In her upcoming web series Daldal, actress Bhumi Pednekar will be portraying a police officer for the first time. She will appear in the role of DCP Rita Ferreira. Rita is a focused and dedicated officer who does not believe in showmanship of any kind. According to Bhumi, although the character may appear calm on the surface, she is internally strong and deeply complex. Bhumi Pednekar has said that she is always drawn to such layered and challenging roles.
