The footage is actually from February 20, 2021, and shows United Airlines Flight 328, which was traveling from Denver to Honolulu. Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft experienced an engine malfunction that led to a fire, causing parts of the engine’s outer casing to detach. The flight crew responded promptly and safely carried out an emergency landing. Fortunately, no passengers or crew members were injured in the incident. Therefore, presenting this old footage as a recent aviation accident is misleading and factually incorrect.
