IndiGo refunded passengers for flights cancelled in December: DGCA

The airline also provided two travel vouchers worth ₹5,000 each to passengers

New Delhi: Union Civil Aviation Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu informed Parliament that domestic airline IndiGo had been directed to issue immediate refunds. The minister stated that an amount exceeding ₹750 crore has already been disbursed to affected passengers. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) also confirmed that IndiGo has refunded passengers for flights that were cancelled between December 3 and December 5.
