IndiGo Flights to Operate from All Three Delhi Airport Terminals; New Terminal 2 to Open on October 26

There is significant news for passengers traveling from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. India’s largest private airline, IndiGo, has announced that starting October 26, its flights will operate from all three terminals — T1, T2, and T3 — of the airport.

According to the airline, the newly developed Terminal 2 (T2) will become operational on October 26. Flights numbered 6E 2000 to 6E 2999 will operate from this terminal. Meanwhile, all international flights and those numbered 6E 5000 to 6E 5999 will depart from Terminal 3 (T3). All other domestic flights will continue to operate from Terminal 1 (T1) as before.

The airline has advised passengers to carefully check their tickets and terminal details before travel to avoid any inconvenience.

According to airport authorities, this adjustment aims to streamline airport operations in light of the increasing number of passengers. The new Terminal 2 will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring a faster and more comfortable travel experience for all passengers.
