Mumbai: Recently, fitness icon and actress Alaya F shared a highly engaging experience with her fans on social media. She revealed that it took her as many as 150 attempts to successfully perform a specific challenging pose she had seen on Instagram.
Known for her roles in films like Jawaani Jaaneman and Freddy, Alaya posted a video clip on her Instagram account showcasing her repeated efforts to achieve the pose. In the caption, she also spoke candidly about the difficulties she faced during the process.
She mentioned that while practicing the exercise, the skin around her elbows became scraped, and she frequently experienced nausea. Despite these challenges, she remained determined and ultimately succeeded in executing the pose. Her persistence is truly inspiring.
However, through this post, Alaya also conveyed an important message. She clearly stated that she does not encourage anyone to push themselves beyond their physical limits.
