Delhi Police Arrest Two Active Gang Members in Firing and Illegal Land Grab Case

The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested two active members of a gang in connection with a high-profile case involving illegal land encroachment and indiscriminate firing. The accused have been identified as Sandeep, also known as Dagu Maharaj, and Deepak.

During the operation, police recovered an illegal semi-automatic pistol, eight live cartridges, and the SUV allegedly used in the incident. According to the investigation, in October 2025, the accused, along with their associates, allegedly attempted to seize a disputed piece of land and fired nearly 12 rounds during the confrontation.

During interrogation, both suspects reportedly disclosed several important details about the gang’s activities. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
