Police Commissioner spoke on Delhi violence

The action of the Delhi Police continues on the violence in the tractor march that took place on Republic Day. More than 200 miscreants have been detained till Wednesday afternoon, while more than two dozen FIRs have been registered. FIRs have also been lodged on some farmer leaders by Delhi Police. At the same time, after the violence, there has been a rift in the peasant leaders. The two organizations have decided to break away from the peasant movement. It also includes the National Farmers’ Labor Organization.
Delhi Police Commissioner said that if any farmer leader is found guilty, he will not be released. Police has registered 25 cases. We have video footage of the violence. We are also using facial recognition software. So far 19 accused have been arrested, while 50 people are in custody. Farmer leaders betrayed Delhi Police.

Police Commissioner SN Srivastava said that 394 policemen were injured in the violence.
