New Delhi: England cricket team captain Harry Brook has stated that his team’s batters are not weak when it comes to playing spin bowling. Brook acknowledged that in their opening match of the World Cup, a few of England’s batters did not appear entirely comfortable against spin. However, he emphasized that this does not call their overall ability into question.
He maintained that England’s players are well-equipped to handle spin bowling. Following their defeat against the West Indies cricket team, concerns were raised after six English batters were dismissed by spinners during the match.
When asked whether England had faced difficulties against spin bowlers, Brook firmly denied the suggestion.
