Türkiye Running a ‘Scholarship Jihad’ Targeting Indians; After Kashmir, Pakistan Opens a New Front in Dhaka

National

New Delhi: Pakistan has increasingly positioned itself as a proxy for the strategic interests of China and certain Gulf nations. A recent report claims that Pakistan and Türkiye are jointly engaging in a coordinated and potentially destabilizing “grey zone warfare” campaign against India. The report further exposes Islamabad’s alleged involvement in the recent unrest in Bangladesh.

According to the findings, Pakistan indirectly supported the student movement that emerged in Bangladesh in 2024, which reportedly pushed the country into nearly two years of instability and violence. After fueling terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan is said to have attempted to incite anti-India sentiment in Bangladesh as part of a broader strategy to encircle India on multiple fronts.

Although Bangladesh appears to be returning to democratic stability following its general elections, the report asserts that Pakistan continues to engage in covert activities and strategic maneuvering aimed at undermining regional stability.
