New Delhi: India’s defence exports are witnessing rapid growth. Over the past decade, they have increased by nearly 34 times. In the last financial year 2024–25, defence exports stood at ₹23,622 crore. Today, India exports weapons to around 100 countries worldwide. The private sector has played a highly significant role in this expansion. Among the countries importing weapons from India, the most prominent names include the United States, France, and Armenia.
