Supreme Court Issues Notice on Plea Challenging Siddaramaiah’s 2023 Election from Varuna

Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday issued notice on a plea challenging the 2023 election of Congress leader and incumbent Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah from the Varuna assembly constituency.

The matter was heard by a bench comprising Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta. The plea has been filed by K. Shankara, following which the court sought a response from Siddaramaiah.
