Moscow. Suspected drone attacks near the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin have further intensified the flames of conflict in Eastern Europe. Amid this serious security situation, Russia’s closest ally, Belarus, has confirmed the deployment on its territory of Russia’s most lethal, nuclear-capable hypersonic “Oreshnik” missile system.
An official video released by Belarus shows the missile system being placed on active combat duty. This move is widely viewed as a devastating warning from Moscow to Ukraine and to Europe as a whole.
