New Delhi — Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his wishes to Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on his birthday and praised his “commendable efforts” in strengthening India’s ports and shipping sector.
In a post on social media platform ‘X’, Modi wrote, “Best wishes to Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on his birthday. His exemplary work towards strengthening the ports and shipping sector is greatly contributing to our mission of building an Aatmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India). I wish him a long and healthy life.”
Sarbananda Sonowal is a former Chief Minister of Assam.
