The Haryana Police’s long search has finally come to an end, as the dreaded gangster Lakhwinder Kumar, also known as Lakha, has been arrested in California, United States. Authorities have initiated the extradition process to bring him back to India. The operation was carried out with assistance from the CBI’s Global Operations Centre.
