Mumbai: Former Indian cricket team captain Krishnamachari Srikkanth has suggested that Suryakumar Yadav should be appointed as the captain of Mumbai Indians in place of Hardik Pandya for the current IPL season. He pointed out that the team’s performance under Pandya’s leadership in the previous season was not satisfactory. In light of this, several experts believe that the responsibility should be handed over to a different player this time. Mumbai Indians are scheduled to play their first match of the season against Kolkata Knight Riders on March 29.
