Ahmedabad: Assistant coach of the Indian cricket team, Ryan ten Doeschate, has stated that the side needs to make certain improvements before stepping into the Super 8 stage. According to him, although the team has progressed to the next round with victories, there has not yet been a single match in which it has asserted complete dominance.
He further noted that the top-order left-handed batters are still not entirely comfortable facing finger spinners. Addressing this shortcoming, he emphasized, will be essential for the team moving forward.
