San Francisco: The messaging platform WhatsApp has introduced six new features over the past few months, including AI-powered chat themes, AI-generated backgrounds, new sticker packs, and document scanning capabilities. The company continues to launch innovative updates to enhance its users’ overall chatting experience.
Starting with Live Photos and Motion Photos, iOS users can now share Live Photos, while Android users can share Motion Photos. Through these features, users can share special moments with both movement and sound, adding life to their conversations.
WhatsApp has also launched AI-powered chat themes, allowing users to customize the look and design of their chats according to their personal preferences. However, this feature will not be available to all users initially and will be rolled out gradually.
Additionally, the AI Background feature enables users to change their background while capturing photos or videos during chats or video calls, making the chatting and calling experience even more enjoyable.
