Muzaffarpur: A horrifying incident took place in a house located in the Motipur Nagar Parishad area of the district. A massive fire broke out in a residence, leaving ten members of the same family severely burnt. Five of them lost their lives, while the remaining five are critically injured.
Among the deceased are a husband, wife, and their two children. Preliminary investigation suggests that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit. It is suspected that sparks from the electrical wiring inside the house led to the rapid spread of the flames. However, police are conducting a thorough investigation and exploring all possible causes behind the tragedy.
As soon as news of the incident spread, panic and grief engulfed the entire area. Family members of the victims and local residents are inconsolable. A pall of mourning hangs over the locality, and the administration has deployed teams to provide relief and assistance.
