New Delhi: The leak of the memoir Four Stars of Destiny by former Chief of Army Staff General (Retd.) M.M. Naravane has now emerged as a matter involving a serious international conspiracy. According to information obtained from sources, preliminary investigations indicate that the book was made public under a deliberate and premeditated strategy without obtaining the mandatory clearance from the Ministry of Defence.
In view of the gravity of the incident, the Delhi Police Special Cell has registered a First Information Report (FIR) under sections pertaining to criminal conspiracy. The investigation has reportedly expanded beyond national borders.
