According to experts, one such posture is Trikonasana (Triangle Pose). Practicing it regularly helps improve flexibility, balance, and overall strength.

Experts explain that the practice of Trikonasana activates the body’s muscles and improves blood circulation. This yoga posture involves stretching the body by bending sideways to both the right and left, which strengthens and enhances the flexibility of the muscles in the back, arms, and legs. According to the Ministry of AYUSH, this asana not only helps in building balance and strength but is also considered beneficial for improving digestion. Regular practice strengthens the muscles of the waist and thighs and increases overall physical activity and vitality.
