Crime

New Delhi: Southwest District’s Cyber Police Station dismantled a sophisticated interstate cyber fraud syndicate on Monday, arresting three key operatives who duped unemployed youth with fake overseas job offers. The gang had swindled Rs 1.80 lakh from a victim through mule bank accounts, with members hailing from Gujarat, West Bengal, and Haryana—including an assistant bank manager who opened sham accounts for commissions.
