New Delhi, 22 December (H.S.): Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan emphasized on Monday that collective efforts remain indispensable for forging an Atmanirbhar and Viksit Bharat, with the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) poised to play a pivotal role through efficient management of defence financial resources that directly bolsters national security capabilities.
Addressing trainee officers from the 2023 and 2024 IDAS batches, Radhakrishnan urged civil servants to infuse their professional conduct with knowledge alongside character, humility, and sensitivity, advocating ‘seva bhaav’ and duty consciousness as life’s guiding mantra.
