New Delhi: South African fast bowler Anrich Nortje is on the verge of creating history in the T20 World Cup. In his upcoming match, he has the chance to surpass the record for most wickets in the tournament, currently held by Sri Lankan legend Lasith Malinga.
Malinga holds the record with 38 wickets, while Nortje is close behind with 37 wickets, making him the second-highest wicket-taker in T20 World Cup history. He will have the opportunity to claim the top spot during the Super 8 clash against India scheduled for February 22.
