Patna Ahead of the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections, a seventh party has officially joined the opposition’s Grand Alliance. I.P. Gupta, who represents the political interests of the Pan community (Tanti and Tatwa castes), has announced that his Indian Inclusive Party has been allotted three seats within the alliance.

In a video message posted on Facebook late Thursday night, Gupta stated that his party is now part of the Grand Alliance, saying, “We are not outsiders anymore; we are family.” He further claimed that, for the first time in Indian history, the Tanti, Tatwa, and Pan communities will contest the elections through their own political party.

I.P. Gupta, the chief of the Indian Inclusive Party, had reportedly been in touch with senior leaders of the Grand Alliance for several days prior to the announcement.
