Markapur: At least 13 people were burned alive in a horrific road accident that occurred on Thursday morning in Markapur district of Andhra Pradesh. The incident took place when a private travel bus, en route from Hyderabad to Pamur, collided with a tipper lorry.
According to media reports, the collision triggered a massive fire that engulfed the bus within minutes, trapping passengers inside. The vehicle was completely gutted in the blaze. Rescue teams and local authorities rushed to the scene and initiated relief operations. The injured have been hospitalized, while attempts are ongoing to establish the identities of those who lost their lives.
