Mumbai: Renowned playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has acquired a lavish apartment in the upscale locality of Worli, in the metropolitan city of Mumbai. The luxury property is reportedly valued at approximately ₹29.70 crore. The apartment is situated within the prestigious Godrej Trilogy project.
According to property registration documents, the apartment has been jointly purchased with her parents, Sharmistha Ghoshal and Biswajit Ghoshal. The residence features a carpet area of around 2,430 square feet, while the total area extends up to approximately 2,750 square feet. The transaction was officially registered on April 1, 2026, with a stamp duty payment of about ₹1.78 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000. Additionally, the property includes provisions for three car parking spaces.
