Mumbai – In an interview, Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor revealed that when she was just eight years old, she had proposed to Varun Dhawan. Both had accompanied their fathers to a film set. While playing there, the two climbed a small hill, and in that innocent moment, Shraddha expressed her feelings to Varun.
The on-screen pairing of Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Dhawan has always been popular among audiences, but a childhood story between the two is even more fascinating. Shraddha shared that she came up with a playful way to propose to him. She told Varun that she would say something in reverse and he would have to figure it out.
Jokingly, she said, “You love I,” which, when read the other way around, becomes “I love you.” Hearing this, the young Varun became nervous and replied, “I don’t like girls,” before immediately running away from the spot. Shraddha later shared this amusing childhood incident with laughter during a YouTube interview. As adults, the two eventually went on to appear together in several films.
