Ahmedabad: Afghanistan cricket team captain Rashid Khan has stated that participating in South Africa’s T20 league, SA20, has been highly beneficial for him. He traveled to South Africa to compete in the tournament ahead of the World Cup, and playing there helped him regain his rhythm and form.
According to Rashid, he has also shared his experiences and learnings from the league with other members of the team, which is expected to benefit the younger players in particular. Rashid has been part of the South African league for the past four seasons and currently represents MI Cape Town in the SA20 competition.
