Harare: Powered by an unbeaten century from Adnit Jhamba, the United States secured a convincing seven-wicket victory over Scotland in the Under-19 World Cup 2026 playoff match played here. Scotland, after winning the toss, opted to bat first and posted a total of 236 runs, thanks to solid batting performances by Theo Robinson and Ollie Pillinger. The Robinson–Pillinger pair provided an excellent start, adding 57 runs in 9.2 overs. Pillinger was dismissed for 23 runs, while Robinson top-scored with an impressive 83. Coming in at number three, Rory Grant contributed 10 runs.
