New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Indian women’s Test squad for the upcoming tour of Australia. Led by captain Harmanpreet Kaur, Team India will tour Australia next month, where the Indian women’s cricket team will compete in ODI, T20I, and Test series.
The BCCI had earlier unveiled the squads for the ODI and T20I formats, and has now also named the team for the only Test match of the tour. The women’s Test match between India and Australia will be played in Perth from March 6 to March 9, 2026. Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the side in the Test, while Smriti Mandhana has been appointed as vice-captain. The Test squad includes star players such as Richa Ghosh, Uma Chetry, Pratika Rawal, along with several other prominent cricketers who will represent India in this match.
