Washington: American singer Mary Millben, commenting on a recent statement by U.S. President Donald Trump, said that unnecessary tensions with a country like India should be avoided. Praising Prime Minister Modi, she stated that he should keep moving forward and continue serving in India’s highest national interest.
On Tuesday, Mary Millben wrote on X, “I know that President Donald Trump truly respects Prime Minister Modi from the heart, but unfortunately, President Trump is being misadvised regarding his approach toward India. I am praying for the President on this matter.”
Responding to remarks made by the opposition in India, Mary Millben said that Prime Minister Modi does not need to respond to every comment or threat made by President Trump. She added that Modi’s primary responsibility is to the people of India, whom he needs to keep satisfied. According to her, Prime Minister Modi understands long-term diplomacy.
