Delhi: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has rated the pitch at Perth Stadium for the first Ashes Test as “very good,” the highest rating in its four-tier system, despite the match concluding in just two days. Match referee Ranjan Madugalle commended the pitch for offering excellent bounce, good carry, and limited seam movement, ensuring a fair contest between batters and bowlers.
