Yogi Govt’s Rakshabandhan Gift: Free Travel & More for Sisters

On Rakshabandhan, the Yogi government has given a gift to women by making travel free in Transport Corporation buses from August 8 to August 10. Let us tell you that UP Transport operates in 8 states. Sisters can travel for free on any bus of UP Transport to tie Rakhi. CM Yogi Adityanath has announced that from 6 am on August 8 to 12 pm on August 10, mothers and sisters will be given free travel facilities in UPSRTC and Nagari Bus Service buses.

CM Yogi had held a review meeting

Recently, CM Yogi Adityanath had held a review meeting with the officials on the situation of flood-affected districts. During this, he instructed the officials that negligence in relief work will not be tolerated at any cost. He further said that all the victims should get relief and food items on time. Along with this, strict instructions were also given to provide milk for children and not to use small-medium boats during rescue.

The transport minister targeted the opposition

The Transport Minister of UP targeted the opposition leaders on reservation. UP Transport Minister Daya Shankar Singh said that the arrangement given in the Constitution regarding this will continue. Along with this, he strongly reprimanded the opposition for the atrocities being committed on Hindus in Bangladesh. Daya Shankar Singh said, Why are the opposition leaders not raising their voices now? They are afraid of losing their vote bank, so they are not speaking on Bangladesh.

Now women will get a discount of up to Rs 1 lakh in stamp duty on property purchases.

On the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan, the Yogi government has given another big gift to the women of Uttar Pradesh. Now if a woman buys property up to Rs 1 crore in her name, she will get a discount of 1% in stamp duty. This will enable women to save up to a maximum of Rs 1 lakh. Previously, women received a maximum exemption of ₹10,000 on property purchases up to ₹10 lakh. But now the government has increased this limit to Rs 1 crore directly. Due to which women will get many more benefits than before.
