New Delhi . For the first time, Pakistan has openly acknowledged the real circumstances of the ceasefire agreed with India on May 10 during Operation Sindoor, making it clear that the decision was entirely bilateral. This revelation has effectively exposed the repeated claims of former U.S. President Donald Trump that he mediated between the two countries on numerous occasions.
The admission came directly from Pakistan’s Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar. In an interview with a foreign media outlet, Dar stated that India never accepted the involvement of any third party in the ceasefire negotiations. Although the United States had proposed mediation, it was India that firmly insisted the matter remain strictly bilateral.
