Prime Minister Modi has given a big gift to the MPs. PM Modi today inaugurated 184 new multi-story flats for MPs on Baba Kharak Singh Marg in the capital. Today this program started at 9:00 am, in which Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Union Ministers Manohar Lal Khattar and Kiren Rijiju also joined PM Modi. On the occasion, PM Modi also promoted environmental conservation by planting a vermilion tree on the premises. This gift given by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will make it easier for MPs to live and work. Let us tell you that every newly built flat is located in a carpeted area of about 5,000 square feet. The design of all these flats is such that MPs will be able to easily do both official and public work from their home. Why was the high-rise building built? The reason behind building new flats is that there was a shortage of housing for MPs. Each flat offers a carpet area of approximately 5,000 square feet. Apart from the residence of MPs, it has facilities for their offices and staff rooms, etc. Let us tell you that all these buildings are earthquake resistant, and strong arrangements have been made for safety in them. After the inauguration, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his happiness, saying he was honored to open the newly built residential complex for his fellow Members of Parliament. Why are the MPs’ flats special? This building has been designed keeping in mind the changing needs of the MPs. Each flat spans approximately 5,000 square feet, offering ample space for MPs to both live and work. The complex also includes provisions for offices, staff quarters, and a community center, making it easier for MPs to carry out their duties. Notably, the new flats have been built using green technology, which will help conserve energy and protect the environment.
