A businessman is accused of alleged fraud of Rs 60.4 crore. A case has been registered against the actress and her husband in the Economic Crimes Branch. Mumbai-based company Deepak Kothari said that from the year 2015 to the year 2023, an amount of Rs 60.4 crore was given as investment and loan. However, it is alleged that the funds were diverted towards personal expenses. At the same time, Raj Kundra’s lawyer Prashant Patil has issued a statement in this case, calling it a case of old civil transaction.
