The new guideline of WHO describes how much exercise you should do daily to keep yourself fit. Exercise is very important to keep the body mentally and physically fit. WHO says that if every person in the world starts doing physical activity then 40 to 5 million deaths occurring every year can be avoided. However, in today’s Bhagabhagam life, around 27.5 per cent of adults and 81 per cent of adolescents in the world do not meet the guidelines of WHO. By doing physical activity, serious diseases like heart and diabetes can also be avoided. In fact, these diseases have become so dangerous that a quarter of the deaths in the world are due to them. Not only this, physical activity also reduces depression and anxiety. According to the World Health Organization, aerobic activity can prove to be very beneficial for people working at home. Adult people should do 150 to 300 minutes of aerobic activity every week to stay healthy while children should do aerobic activity for at least 60 minutes daily. To keep the body healthy, some selective activity is not necessary. If you do any kind of hard work then it is also involved in physical activity. Apart from this, you can stay fit by playing some or the other game every day. Cycling, walking or running can also be done to stay physically fit. By staying physically active, the muscles gain a lot of strength. It is very important for people above 60 years to remain physically active. This makes the muscles very strong. With this, physical weakness does not come. According to the World Health Organization, if one is to stay healthy and avoid illness, physical activity in life style has to be increased. According to the WHO, pregnant women, who have been delivered, should also avoid sitting in one place. According to the World Health Organization, those who do not exercise at all and are not physically active are at risk of many diseases. People working at the same place for a long time can get cancer, heart and diabetes. In such a situation, if you want to stay healthy, then the habit of sitting for long time will have to be reduced.
