Narcotics Control Bureau has summoned Sameer Khan, son-in-law of Nawab Malik, the cabinet minister of Maharashtra and Nationalist Congress leader, in the drugs case. An official gave this information. Khan was seen entering the NCB office at Ballard Estate in South Mumbai around 10 am. Sources said that the agency has summoned them after an accused in the drugs case and an alleged online transaction of Rs 20,000 between them came to light.
British citizen Karan Sajanani and two others were arrested last week with 200 kilograms of narcotics in this case. He said that the NCB wants to record Khan’s statement about the deal.
